[Q] Could you please make the ITALIAN ROM for IPAQ 614c?

I would be grateful for ROM in Italian Language.
My iPAQ has WM 6.5 21234 Beta 7.01 WWE and it's very fine.
I'd like to know if it's possible to cooking the same in italian language.
I've not experience and any suggestions are welcome.:)

you will need your langauge OEM folders (from original HP rom) and the language MUI which you may be found in my kitchen thread , combine them to cook the ROM

Same to me for the German ROM. I have a German 6.0 and 6.1 ROM-file, the MUIs and all the kittchen tools. but need help for the file replacement. Also the Voice Commander has to be replaced by the German one.

you need to replace all mui(0409) folders in SYS with your languages and also replace the wince.nls with yours language specific one. OEM folders you can just use your hp original one

Wouldn't it be nice to have a kitchen enhancement for language support? So that the kitchen tool will replace all the necessary files? This would be a great enhancement :).

the language mui seem to still have problem, you would have to wait for Da_G to fix it up.

Not likely to have a kitchen that replace language automatically lol, and beside usually it is not that hard to replace all 0409 folders anyway

Changes from WWE version
-added Windows Lives/Messenger (not tested if it is working)
-removed wm5torage
-integrated hp update so no customization engine(HP Update) runs at start
-quick build so the original google map/search from hp rom are just hided but not removed, they are still in the ROM

Kitchen here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=501822), I would not like to maintain the ITA verison so anyone interested should take the kitchen and maintain it =)

it's been a long time since i've flashed my phone last time, I use your beta 3 rom (21198WWE) witch works very well and my configuration is very well now, even my MMS are OK, but a french rom... waAAOOOUUUUUU... it's different and i'll flash it very soon even if i have to configure again all my phone !

Heuu, what's going on ? I've got an update error at the beguining, when the sd loader reads the dio file ? perhaps because the file is only 70Mo instead of the original 80Mo file... I don't know
an idea ?

if you got update error,that mean the loader can't read the file . Make sure you use an <=2G sd card. if it only happen with the french dio file (after you try other rom file). I can reupload the file

I think there is a problem with the file because I manage to flash with another ROM (te Aavatar one with Manila)... but the one I want is your french Rom that i've been waiting so long ! :p:p:p

You can fix the kitchen by replacing the entertainment package from newer or older kitchen. To get it work on existing rom, install the bubble breaker cab posted by other users in my thread
