HTC Tilt as external monitor

im trying to permanently convert my tilt into an external usb monitor. so far ive tried an app called sidewindow, but it doesnt work as well as id want it to and is not compatible for mac. in the long run id long to modify my lcd outer shell to have a mini touch lcd. there is a similar hack for the mac but it uses the Century Japan 4.3” USB LCD (LCD-4300U). drivers are available online and support the following models:

is there any way i coule use permanently mod my phone into such a display or convert it instead of buying the mini lcd used in the mod?

what benefit would it be to use the kaiser as a monitor, wouldnt be a little small?

Install Logmein on your computer. Then access your computer through logmein.com using Pocket Internet Explorer (old version, I hear there's problems with IE 6.0). It's completely free and you can control your computer using your ppc (like a graphic tablet).
