Flash from Onyx to Official ROM..

Hello!Yesterday I tried to flash a official ROM for my elf i have downloaded the latest official ROM 2.21 wwe and folow the instructions the process goes till 1% then my elf restarts but normal not bootload,I have the onyx wm 6.5 beta 37 i had restarted for several times the flashing process and..the same so i do not know what to do now the error that gives is "connection error 260" i have ipl-uspl 3.14 and radio 03.39.90

I searched the forum and found the solution below, may help.

I had the same 260-error. Fixed:
- Did a "Clear Storage" (factory settings)
- Did all the "settings up your new device"-stuff.
- Did new active sync to computer (vista)
- Flashed just fine from original exe. (And i do have olipro SPL)

You need to use the white screen method to flash an older SPL, eg. USPL 2.28. Then you can flash an ancient shipped ROM. Enjoy 2007 :)

i have downgraded the ipl to 1.17 but the spl i can`t do it do not know why :-??
PS: 10x for all your replays and about the thing with "welcome to 2007" you should know that the official ROM is the most stable without so much bugs as the cooked ones have ;)
later edit: I also tried to flash by the bootloader an put the devie to 3 color screen and when the process starts still the same problem flash until 1% then device restarts and RUU shows connection error 260
