I've used many of the Vogue ROMs (In fact, I think there is only one I haven't really tested), and for pure speed/usability, I suggest NFSFan's. They have always seemed to just work best (and there is an update coming out soon) :)

another vote for NSFAN, this thing is great... and winmo 6.5 is nice too. I dragged my feet but it's def worth it! Along with skyfire, feels like I have a new phone!

Using NFSFAN's VZW 1.15 ROM. None seem to be really fast as the phone still takes forever to fully boot.

It only takes forever because you are using M2D. The 6.5 ROMs with Titanium boot much faster.

I wouldn't really think that's quite true.

NFSFAN's 6.5 ROMS include both Titanium and M2D.

That would be a question of wether 6.1 or 6.5 is faster, not Titanium or M2D. (operating system versus user interface)

For boot time I tested soft reseting V8 with Titanium, then M2D as the homepage. M2D was only about a second behind while TouchFlo loaded.
Speed while using??? I think both are fast.

As far as ROMS you have to compare apples to apples. Some bare bones ROMS may appear to be initially faster, but then load all your usual programs (TomTom, games,facebook, etc etc) and applications and you'll soon find NFSFAN's ROMS with optimizations run much faster.

I quite hate M2D and TouchFLO. I'm a real SPB Mobile shell guy. Where can I find myself a nice clean TouchFLO-less rom for the Vogue?
