Cant Install HardSplv7 on Herm200

Hi,
My herm 200 ,swisscom, has IPL1.01 and SPL 1.4Olipro. But always when I try to install Hardspl v7 it give me error 262 and only 0%.

Can someoone help me what to do because I want to flash new rom and new radio rom trough my SD card.

i would suggest reading this (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_UpgradeProblems) wiki page which might help you with that error. A recent thread that had a error with flashing hard spl here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=520226) may help you although it is for a different error, you may still get some ideas on how to fix it.

I did read everything but with no success. always error 262. I have Win XP SP3 with framework 3.5 but I dont think that would be a problem for this error.

Have you tried putting the Free HTC Hermes SIM & CID unlocker on your hermes as this may be the problem or have you tried flashing it using the sd card method.

Go to page 116, post 1160 of this thread - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=296722 . It will tell you how and supply ALL the apps so you can use the sd card... Easier and safer...

is it the same procedure to put a new OS Rom through the SD card? After flashing to Hardspl v7.

P.S. it is super CID because I checked with mtty.
