i am trying to paste over karmba 12.0 WM6.1 the new 6.5 for trinity and every time i have the message for error. please help

Try being more specific.. What error message? When do you get it? Is your phone currently working or is it bricked?

Have you tried putting your phone in IPL mode (power,camera,reset button) and then try?

If all fails- download original HTC ROM. It will install WM6.0 on your phone , and maybe mess up with your radio, but it will bring the phone alive and then you will be able to put another cooked ROM on.:D
