[Q] Samsung SGH-i600 flashed with i607 rom, now bricked??

I am trying to help a buddy of mine who foolishly flashed a i600 with a i607 (at&t) rom.

All it does now is boots up, (wm splash, at&t splash, at&t goodbye).
By pressing the right soft-key, back and power I can get the text:
"USB Dowloader - at&t" showing on the screen but my PZs (XP and Vista) does not see them

I have installed the Modem driver / rebooted w/o any change.

Is there a way to revert back ??:confused:

I'm not sure, but if he flashed Radio to, it can't be reverted to stock Radio...

The safest way to flash a device is to upgrade only PDA, not Radio and Bootm, but with broken Radio or Boot, it's a big problem.

Thanks, do you have more information of how to re-flash the PDA Boot ??

try to disable usb connections on active sync then flash it again with i600 rom, you can find it in the forum

same to me... my sgh i600 bricked tooo...
n til now i still can't fix my phone....
if u have any solusion let me know...

+1 me too.. I also bricked it, thinking it's i607 ( in my country i600 is advertised as BlackJack so.. I downloaded the official version from samsung.com wich is made by at & t, all went fine apparently but.. it changed everything and I think that now it doesn't even charge anymore )
