Help with Upgrading HREM200

hi friends

I have a HREM200

when i tried to update that, it restarts at 1%

1st i connected to the PC at Bootloader mode

then i started the application (RUU_Hermes_QTEK_WWE_2.11.255.1_102_6275_1.38.00.1 0_108_Ship)

Also tried Hermes_1.18.416.1_1.18.416.101_1.14.00.10_WWE_Ship

the error code is ERROR 260

please help me friends
