New ROM on xda-china

i saw this rom on xda-china but it seems we don't have it here. can anybody post a link here for this because i can't get it from there.

I can download it. Unfortunately, it says Chinese ROM in Chinese, not sure why Google translate is translating that to English.

Update on this one: I'm not able to flash it. It stays stuck at 0%.

Of interest is: Rom the English did not unlock the machine, not hand GoldCard the TX, or general English ROM!

Which pretty much matches what it says in Chinese. This is a cooked ROM, yet it is flashable on any Topaz. It seems they are able to sign the ROMs to get it to flash.
