ROM fried?

I have changed the ROM on my diamond three times. I tried to use one from here today and now my phone doesn't go past the HTC Diamond screen. It just keeps cycling on and off.I tried to reflash with the latest HTC ROM, but active sync can not connect to the phone.Any help would be appreciated.

Do a task 29 with mtty and/or flash from bootloader mode.

From bootloader, flash a Stock Rom from here and then (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=471699&highlight=hellonasty) flash which ever rom you wish.
