ROM upgrade help - atom life

Right, i badly want to upgrade my atom life which is still on WM5.
I am scared about the process as it could mess up my phone so i need some help

1. I bought the phone in the middle east but now i live in the UK. Should i upgrade to europe ROM now? does it make a difference

2. seeo2.com is dead and rebranded as MWG , should i get the ROM of there and then upgrade

3. Can someplease link me to fully functional and working ROMS for the atom life? I need the installation procedure to not involve any memory card because i have none

4. Are these ROMS legal to use?

5. There are some precautions to take care of when upgrading the ROM? I read the ones on MWG website but anything else in particular?

Okay, since you have an Atom Life and... no memory card.. which really complicates things. You'll have to goto seeo2.com and navigate through the site to locate their ROMs which use Activesync rather than the bootloader. To use this you just have to download it, connect your PDA to your PC.. let them sync and then run the install. Follow the steps carefully.
