The audio was okay for the first few calls without enabling the speaker phone, I can hear the caller clearly. But the problem is after making a few calls audio can't be heard again and I have to enable the speaker phone in order to hear the voice of the caller. I tried the hard reset many times still the same scenario I've encountered. Need help here guys. Thanks :)

If its not a hardware problem perhaps doing a hard reset could solve problem

I guess it's a hardware problem. I have no choice but to bring along my headset from time to time. Again thanks for the quick reply orb.:)

I went with the bluetooth option in the end. My audio jack failed.
I'm just thinking about trying to find one to replace it.
