Senior pls help my XDA IQ

my O2 XDA IQ when starting phone i can't go in to the nenu or other application its show the message [B]Can't find 'appman' (or one of its component).Make sure the path and file name are correct and that all the required libraries are availabe.[B] and i read many of the post out i tried to hard reset hold the carema and the left soft key always show me going to the bootloader mode. it canot to hard reset. any one can tell me where can i get the original firmware i can download and flash or still got any way to do for my phone.

my XDA currently can't connect to pc also, i can't change my CID code also..
anyway thanks ya.. still got other way to go on?
