Here is my Rom Project. I am using Kitchen_LD21812-R1.00 . Thanks lobsterdave!
NOTE: This is a plain no BS Rom. I install most my stuff via cabs onto the storage card.

I am still learning and am happy with this Rom. So, I thought I would post it for everyone to try out. Support will be VERY Limited!

***Manila is NOT included but should be installable. I have not tried it yet.***

When receiving an incoming call when the lock screen is running, it trys to load the lock screen answer and ignore screen and the slide to answer phone canvas aswel, which results in nothing appearing for a while. Anyway to sort this? many thanks

The reason nothing appears right away is because the phone canvas has a known ring delay bug. The only way to get rid of the delay is to use the stock WM dialer or Yota Contacts. I have tried cooking in Yota Contacts but then the "in call" volume is lost.

EDIT: You can install: Tachi_Phone_Canvas_Knoop_v2d
This will remove the ring delay and give you the most current Phone Canvas dialer.

The Tachi dialer still doesn't play nice with the WM6.5 lock screen.

You need to use another locking solution that will. Personally I just avoid using the 6.5 lock all together. That is until we have a working 6.5 dialer from HTC or what not.

Are you talking about the Answer/Ignore Buttons? That is Smart Lock which can be disabled in Settings/System. Uncheck New WM6.5 Lock. But, that screen only shows when the device is locked.

Sorry, no Manilla. You can try to install the Manilla.cab found in the BSB Rom thread.

Any chance this "lite" version can remove everything HTC other than "camera" and "calculator"? I prefer the Microsoft programs as they are faster. Also, the new keyboard is big and very slow, can it be removed and replaced with diamond or topaz?

Otherwise this is the best of the bunch because like me, I install my cabs from the internal storage and need a clean lite ROM.

What a great ROM (the lite one). Can I suggest ...

1. Power Button PSshut (remove and make it a cab)
2. rhodium keyboard - remove and make it a cab
3. remove HTC volume control (conflicts)
4. remove HTC album (M$'s app does fine)

Erm that's it! You even included the very latest Microsoft Voice Command. Bonus!

The Voice Command doesn't work from bluetooth, though the command works if called directly in /windows

Manila should be installable now. But, I have not tried.

I found only 1 bug: it does not seem to be able to connect to hidden wireless networks. The button that launched the wizard is gone
