Hard-SPL -> Error 328

Hello,
yesterday a friend gave me his Herald and i tried to flash
JustStableV2-Build6-Herald
Flash didnt work because of certificate error and I tried to Hard SPL the Harold with this tool

Flash Hard-SPL 4.60 for Herald (PDA ROM Update Utility 03.11.3.1) Hard-SPL_Herald.zip

then I received the following error:

ERROR [328]: INVALID COMMAND
This Update Utility cannot be used for your PDA Phone. Please check your Update Utility

I cant find my fault so I hope you can tell me what i did wrong
