Having problems with .cab M2DC themes

I have installed herg62123_2DManila_1_20_19131530_00.cab & M2DC_v0.29.235.cab and working fine, however if I try installing any different themes which come in the.cab format touchflow won't launch and I end up having to remove the theme cab and re-installing 2DManila.
Sorry a bit of a noob so probally something simple.
