Phone stops at start screen after first reboot

Hi all i just installed 1.4 naked final version through active sync it boot for the first time i 've answered the questions about the rows and the other thinks that asks you when it boots for the first time and at the end it was asking whether to restart now or later and i choose to restart,but the phone stayed at the start screen that says htc diamond the rom versiion and radio.

So have i bricked the phone or there is a way to bring it back.

Note that the previous rom installed was the 1.4 naked test version and it was working great

Your phone is not bricked!

You can reflash previous rom which was working:

1. Connect your diamond with pc.
2. Reset your phone and press Vol down key while booting, it will activate boot loader (USB mode).
3. Now flash your rom thru active sync Custom RUU.
