i never perform a hard reset till now. actually for test this version i flashed my topaz for about 20 times or more... and device take this action automaticaly after flashing.
but as on the other device, hard reset it must be if you having any glitched on your new cooked rom ;)

Tomtom is working fine - but still needs the Audio fix to work correctly - mmm

I cant believe how fast this rom is - i thought battery life would be suffering - but not at all!

FM Radio to fix
Opera issue
Camera to fix

Personally I dont want the phone to wake up on new sms - but i can always change back via reg edit.

Also I would prefer new HTC start menu - but i also like your organisation of folders - not sure how that would work on new start menu?

Guys - please keep testing and posting as this could be the Rom to end all Roms (unless you can make 6.5 this fast - not sure its possible at moment!)

First of all, this is a great ROM! Second, I have some trouble with scheduled sync with activesync. I have set up a working exchange server, no problem, but I have to start the sync manually, regardless of the settings in download schedule. Anyone else have this problem.

double FE shortcut: just delete that one in \Windows\StarMenu

missing transparent pad: it's the protective cover, and that's not includedn in PhoneCanvas in Rhodium but supports landscape mode, and PhoneCanvas in this ROM is from Rhodium. Rhodium has auto-screen off sensor, so when you put it to ear, screen will turn off, that's why there's no protective cover.

EDIT: Messaging icon is doubled also.. :)

Great Rom! I've also experienced a much higher battery drain since installing this. Went from 64% to 2% in about 5 hours with it on standby (screen off). Checked running programs and nothing is there. I hope its something silly I've done

I've found in another forum that you should do a full charge after flash. After that, everything is OK.
For me it worked, since I did experience high drainage after flash, then after a full charge, the specs:

Standby time ~24 hours
Talk time ~20 minutes
Device usage ~3 hours (this includes 20 minutes GPS on battery to test if it works with v2...)

Battery still at 43%...

i don't think that's rom issue. maybe some incompatibility program you have installed. please try on fresh rom (hard reset and don't install or tweak anything)

Abusalza, don't hurry on porting... I am actually very happy with v2 and Manila, making a lighter version was just a thought... And until a viable alternative comes for TF3D, I have no intention of using anything other than the Manila that you include in your ROM...

One thing (bug?)... when starting the comm manager, there is a 3-4 second freezing with grey backround before the comm manager starts... Is this normal?

hi there, great work. love your ROM. i was wondering if there was anyway of extracting the Dialer from the original Topaz_HTC_WWE_EastEurope_1.39.479.1_Radio_Signed_T opaz_61.20t.25.10_3.43.25.19_Ship

the reason is that it has the voice recording "Error" while you receive a call wich with the 2 way recording cab allow you to record phone calls. i use to use it and it worked great.

is there anyway to make a cab from this dialer that i could install on your great Rom.

I'd like to ask, if it is possible to enable the battery status in the notification area as it is in your ROM without having to flash the ROM to the device (via installing a CAB or some registry hack).
I'd really love to have this feature, which was ommited by mistake by HTC (see here: http://www.ppcsg.com/index.php?showtopic=105810&st=467), however don't want to flash a new ROM to my device.

1. on manila setting tabs there's option to disabling auto rotate.
2. did you fully charging right after flashing? some people report they have a good power consumption after fully charge their device.

Once you set your username and password in manilla, it logs you in!

you can see if you go into "all people" and go to the "Updates and events" tab, you will see if you click "me" it will log you into facebook (see the address it goes to auth.php?xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx), other ROMs have a similar item just below youtube that does the same thing, I think tom_codon's is a good example, yours is missing this feature.

I just tried Tom's again, it seems to take you to m.facebook.com, I could swear it logged you in though, but it's not when I try now. (the "me" link on "updates and events" logs me in though). Still it's nice to have it there with youtube.

I hope you do something for the Greek users too since the Greek HTC Diamond is locked in Greek IMEI devices and the Greek ROM cannot be flashed in WWE devices! Please help us! I already have a Greek keyboard that supports 160character SMS (a known problem for Greek users) and I can give you the link to the site of the creator of this Greek keyboard!
