I downloaded the Rar file from p238 found from NFS Fan but when I extracted it and started the loader it keeps failing. Am I missing a step or am I supposed to do anything other than have my phone connected and start by running Rom Update Utility?
Sorry I'm sure this is super stupid and redundant but I tried looking around and searching google, etc and can't figure it out.
