Windows Update Error

Whenever I try to update my windows mobile under Settings>System>Windows Update, I get this Error:

"Connection to update server was not available. Check you data connection settings and ensure the device date and time are correct."

My date and time are correct and I am connected through HSDPA and wifi.

Is this the consequence for flashing my tilt?

does anyone know how to fix this or any other way to get Net 3.5 Framework on my device?

I don't believe that any update has ever been released for Windows Update mobile, let alone .NET compact framework. If you want that, connect your device to your computer (I assume you have activesync/WMDC installed), let it connect to the computer, then go here (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=E3821449-3C6B-42F1-9FD9-0041345B3385&displaylang=en), and download and run the installer, and it will do the rest.
