Creating touch flo theme

So I got a questions here, could not fine if it was posted so sorry if I'm asking same question.

Guys are coming up with there on themes for the touch flo, so was looking for a app to create my own theme.

Can someone send me in the right direction?

if someone could show me how to move it, i would love to, move it to another place. I just need some help thats all

Fist thing to do is unzip a theme and look @ whats inside it's images, so you can mix and match other themes bare in mind that the .xml may be different so if mixing you need to keep same or learn .xml "more info via search"
Then you can use Photoshop\GIMP to edit parts of the theme and dump it all in the .zip.

Now you have a theme :)
