Comm Manager / other tabs for Manila 2D?

Seems I can't find it searching. But I would say it has to exist...

Is there a Comm Manager tab for Manila 2D? I found some... for TF3D. But none for 2D.

Comm Manager, Calendar, Call History... :confused:
