Can't APP unlock my phone using regeditSTG.

Hello,

I have a Dutch Orange SPV-F600 I'm trying to App unlock my phone by running regeditSTG2.cab on my phone, but I cannot get it to work tried copying it to my phone/card through explorer active sync or just by connecting my card to my PC both methods failed. It says it doesn't have a legal certificate, so the installation fails on my phone.

I also have tried running regdit applications on my PC for my phone, but it's a no-go cause it will give me the message access denied. Trying to disable security policies so I can CID unlock my phone, assistance/help needed please.

Any solutions anyone?

Tried using SDA unlocker but it says

"SDA is not unlockable"

I really want to run WM6.1 on my phone if there's any other way please help.
