View Full Version : [I780] Problems after flashing (bricked?) need official roms help plz

Hi guys,

i flashed my i780 with the heroes 6.1 rom. after 1 day of perfect functionality i couldnt unlock it because the touch screen didn`t respond anymore. then after some time i managed to unlock it, but it seemed the ui crashed, so i had to reboot. after boot all data were gone like just after a hard reset. i tried plenty other roms but it`s everytime the same. after some time the phone crash and i need to reflash it. so i think that my phone is damaged someway. i still got warrenty, but i don`t have the original roms anymore. do anyone know, where i can download the original samsung wm 6.0 roms (german)? i also need the original phone rom so i can send the phone to samsung. thanks in advance

ouch! That'll be hard to find!

What you could do is order a new i780....and anyway you have a 7 day return and money back option....do a rom dump and send it back :)

thx a lot,

once again i tried the heroes 6.1 rom but this time without syncing my phone to my pc. `til know everything works. maybe my activesync is the problem. i try the latest usb driver from samsung. i hope it work :)

delete the actual activesync and reboot your pc, download the latest version of activesync (4.5) from samsung official site and delete the old connection. reinstall the sw and try again.

hello ... i flash my phone, he got stuck at 13% , after that the phone is stuck at loading windows page, i tried anothers roms but nothing, pls can u help me ? i think i need a official rom or something like that... pls help me, pls teach me :)

1. i can`t find the SGH-i780 Updater, when i press the "firmware download" button i go to webside and there is nothing, i can`t find updates.
2. my activesync cannot see the phone so i can`t use a .exe update... just mirage see the phone when is in emergency mode...
