Can't sync with PC after flashing WM6.5

There used to be an option to disable advanced network functions under USB to PC in the connections folder. In WM 6.5 I am unable to find such an option and Vista won't detect the phone.

Please help as I need to flash to an older ROM that will work with Navigon 7.31, which btw, anyone have recommendations?

Go to Start, settings, connections, usb to PC and uncheck "enable faster data synchronization. :p
