Ultra bricked my Tytn !

I need your help

My tytn is bricked
The Bootloader shows me HERM200 IPL-1.01 (White font, Red line)
HERM200 MFG SPL-1.01 (Yellow font) Redline)

I cant connect with my active sync anymore
The OS do not boot anymore
It shows my "no gsm"
It freezed by Windows Mobile Screen !

What can i do ?
Can anybody repair it ?

My english ist so bad, i come from Germany. SRY

I hope anybody can help me

press these buttons together: side ok button, power button and reset button,
then the HTC will go in USB mode and use some rom to flash it

when i try to flash it says me Error connecting
actice sync doesnt find my Tytn no conection
the tytn goes to the grey flash screen and interrupt it

can anybody tell my the right ROMs ?
i need a german roms and german radio rom

1.01MFG <=0107 No Yes ---

bricked while flashing radio

Solution
Flash any type2 radio in NBF format, run RUU 2 times. If that doesn’t work, flash the radio using HERMflasher

i cant find "type2 radio roms in NBF format"

How i can see my HTC_BOOT ?

I crashed my tytn so hard

A new problem

Microsoft ActiveSync cannot recognize this device for one reason:

*The device was not connected properly.

And so one
How i can flash an new right ROM ?

and i cant install it because my activsync doenst work

If you're using XP - untick "Allow USB Connections" in activesync on pc. Put Hermes into bootloader and run the flash for Hard SPL V7. If this works then try an sd card flash for a different rom. No guarantees it will work but at this point, what have you got to loose?

i have found a problem

i had flasched the bootloader 1.01MFG without SuperCID now i get Level= FF in mtty.exe, so i can flash back to 1.04 to install HARD SPL

How can i come back to 1.04 ?
