Your favorit ROM?

Hey! What's your favorit ROM, and why is that? And what applications do you spice it up with?

I got Onyx ROM with WM 6.5 [EDIT] (i got onyx with WM 6.1 - sorry for mistake) on my elfin, but it seems like he stopped developing it a long time ago - am i right? Should i consider getting a new ROM?

What's your view on different ROMS? Onyx and other?

given that the last update was yesterday, what is a 'long time ago' for u?

if u like wm 6.5, i think thats the best rom available.
however i prefer wm 6.1 as i cant see anything useful in the new version.

i usually add to my roms, fring, audio switch (for using with fring), M2DC, hicalc, icontact, and foxit reader (if the rom doesnt bring a pdf reader).

:D Sorry guys- i was just thinking about getting onyx with wm 6.5 - and i mixed it up. I got onyx with wm 6.1

But maybe i should get onyx with wm 6.5 even though it's in beta?

Would be nice to get some oppinions on different ROMS :-)

Because the same question gets asked every 2 weeks (do a search first) and is counterproductive to XDA cooks helping each other if there really is "competition" about whose is better. Everyone has their own preference and you just have to try them all out yourself.

BTW Onyx WM6.1 was just updated yesterday, not in 2008.

Okay, I admit that "best" was the wrong word to use. But I don't have the time it takes to try them all out - so it would be nice to hear peoples opinions especially how they combine roms with ekstra apps :-)

Again, do a search. This kind of thread is asked every 2 weeks by a new user. Just flash a ROM... if you like it then stick with it.. Otherwise go to another.
