elfin 0101 network reset problem

Hi all,
im experiencing this strange error.
phone data
ipl 2.24.0002
spl 2.20.0000

the problem is that when with sim card inserted, phone goes crazy and turns on and off the phone mode, and never get signal.

phone was OK few days ago, no hardware damage at sight, customer did not hit it.

whats the step by step procedure to discard software problem??

Could it be the radio was flashed wrongly?
You might want to flash the radio.

Some people may have problems with this.
If you experience heavy bateery drain with that, i recommend you to downgrade to 3.21.90.
But for some, it works very well.

i tested this rom and phone act the same, phone mode goes from airplane to normal phone mode but without registering any network

i saw other users experience the same problem, im sure is a sw problem but not how to solve, any other idea?
what other radio rom are available for elfin?

I have experienced very heavy battery drain in 3.14.
What problems do you have now?

The phone still on and off?

there is no battery problem, phone is on and off like crazy.
is there a way i can full erase the phone and start all from scratch?

You can change the software totally by flashing to Onyx Micro.
That is the lightest rom and basically it has almost nothing, except for basic stuff.
So go and test it out.

i did all the steps referred in this post and problem remains.
what is most strange is that despite i flash with all roms here and there, the provider logo stays, then the logo of the rom i flash.
has this something to do with my problem?

The provider of the logo is normal.
Its just for trademarking the phone.

This is a motherboard problem where your phone's frequency is scrambled. I have the same problem and now i am thinking about replacing the motherboard
