SPL 1.09;stuck on Windows Mobile.HELP!!!

Till now I havnt find any way to solve my problem.
SPL is 1.09 ! To downgrade it to 1.04 I have to write the file to device. - Not possible because of the sticking in Windows Mobile Splash.
My Idea was to flash the original ROM in order to get the device working, but I get "invalid Vendor ID" !!!
On the front panel of device is SWISSCOM and I think I try all available ROM updates. I don't know if the device was flashed already with different ROM. I bought it in that condition.
How can I get the CID information in order to search rom updates.
Using mtty "info 2" is givin me :
CID: Wait interpreter timeout
HTCSF kEØ(HTCEUSB>

Please foe any Idea!

Have someone any idea how can I find the Vendor of the device in this condition?
Is the Vendor remains unchanged after ROM update, or it become the Vendor of the new ROM updated?
And is it usual to get this "HTCSF kEØ(HTCEUSB>" of the info 2 command in this state?
