HTC Diamond Sim Unlock/Security unlock fail (!)

I found this guide MOD EDIT LINK REMOVED while I was surfing the web and thought that I should give it a try. The first part worked great but on step 2 when I was going to run the "DiamonCustomRUU.exe" file the upgrade stopped at 95%. Then when I rebooted my device all I can see is a RGB-screen with some info and error message, image: http://pici.se/pictures/oEqarYCUI.jpg.

What should I do and can I fix it? :(

One point to be added is to ensure the device with radio 1.00.25.5 (other radio will not work) before proceeding step 2.

Puh, got it to work again by installing HardSPLs 1.34! Thanx puschkin for the reply, I will continue to read more about rom and flashing (but be more careful of what I'm doing from now on). :)
