Can anyone give me a detailed tutorial on how roll back to WM5?

I want to rollback to WM5, so I download a WM5 rom, and when I tried to downgrade in the middle of the process my phone went tri-color and the process aborted, so I'm pretty clueless at the moment.

1. Download a factory ROM from here

2. Double click the downloaded .exe

3. VOILA!



Edit: And if it really doesn't work, then try to go into the bootloader first then do it.

When I try to flash from bootloader it reboots at about 4% and same thing when I try normaly to flash, at about 4% it goes into bootloader menu
