Tools for JTAG hacking the S3c2440 NAND rom.

Does anyone have any suggestions for tools that can read and write memory locations on the S3C2440 NAND via JTAG? The SJF2440.exe allows for this one memory location at a time, but doesnt seem to allow for a full ROM dump, or a bit by bit write to put a hack bin back on the entire rom. Im working with a device that I'd like to change the splash screen on before windows loads. Suggestions?
