Windows Mobile 6.5 WWE to German help

Hi,
i'd lie to change the language of windows mobile 6.5 to german.
i've got a WWE kitchen for a toshiba g900 and SE-X1_WM6.5_21276_WVGA_Deutsch where everything's on german (sys folder).
Is there a way to merge those two? what would i have to change to do so?
because when i simply put those files into the sys folder, the os doesn't boot anymore.

SYS-folder:
-you need to replace all 0409-directories with the german 0407-directories from a german kitchen (the same build would be the best)

OEM-folder:
-look for 0409.mui files and replace them with 0407.mui files. if you can't find the german file just rename the english file to 0407... this program remains english in the rom
-OEM_Lang_0409-directory: replace files and rename the whole directory to OEM_Lang_0407. then edit initflashfiles.dat and replace the english paths with the german ones. you can take a look at the one from the german kitchen as inspiration :)
