Which ROM?

The only thing I can access on my Dash is the Bootloader. It is the T-Mobile branded Excalibur.

ONBL and SPL say 1.22.0000

Which ROM do I need to flash to get my Dash back?

I have tried the original ROMs and I get ERROR[300]: INVALID UPDATE TOOL

This Update Utility cannot be used for your PDA Phone. Please get newer Update Utility.

I was told by someone having this similar problem that flashing the original ROM fixed it, but I have had no luck so far.
