[REQ] Whistle & Find

hi.
i need an application for my diamond to find it easier. maybe you guys know the old keychain-thing ... you make a whistle sound and the device made a sound so you could find your keychain.
i´m thinking about an app always running behind (so it should not be very power/ressource consuming) where you can simply choose the sound from your ringtones and maybe define the whistle-sound like on voice dial. in the final version integrated in the whole windows sound-option menu ... just dreamin´;)

hope there is a developer out there who likes the idea as much as i.

is this really possible? i mean, if you put your phone somewhere and you don't use it for a certain time, it will switch to standby and then it won't hear you whistling :)
