Delay until standby

Since a couple of days my diamond does not go in standby immediately.
It takes approx 3 sec. until the screen goes off after pushing the power button.

Is there some point (eg. Registry or notification) where i can find the solution ?

Maybe the Tool Battery Guard

has been made this delay.
I have experimented something with it and there I have made probable somewhat wrong.

But i dont know what. This tool has a lot of options. :-(

Could some one help me ?
