I think most of us would agree that outlook is pretty old school in its appearance and usage. Having done a search it seems that this has been asked quite a few times before and not solved, so is there a good alternative or a way to skin it. Look at the work being done here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=520689) for SMS, isn't there something that can be done similar to this with emails?:)

Yeah totally agree with you on that one. I cannot believe MS or anyone else has not developed something new for Outlook. Win 6.5 is pretty much the same I believe, slightly bigger if anything (?)

The existing layout is just not finger friendly.

Outlook in the Win Mo 6.5 is dissapointingly simmilar....
as you say a little bigger, so much so that most menu's need to scroll, and generally means you get way less on each screen, but notibly for me... it does not ADD to any usability... the outlook contacts list does have thumbnail for your contact's picture though, which is nice, but still a really hard to use contacts list, and not much more finger friendly, I guess M$ just keep their head in the sand?? surely you'd listen to the user community if you ran such a company, and move with the times, wouldn't you??
