diamond bluetooth error

it hard for my diamond to finde any bluetooth divce and conect to other phone divece ,,sometime finde it fast sometime slow ,somtime nothing .!!

I sometimes have bluetooth issues as well. It has mattered changing roms and I can't really figure out what is causing the issues. Sometimes my phone and laptop just don't want to connect. I reboot both and everything works again.

For some reason turning off the bluetooth radios on both devices seems to sometimes work but other times not.
