opens large pdf's fast, and supports bookmarks and outline view w/o requiring some type of conversion of sorts? I use PocketXpdf v0.5.0, but large pdf's take so long to open, sometimes minutes, and I think dev on this prog's been long abandoned. Adobe Reader v2.5LE opens them really quickly, but lacks an outline view. ::sigh:: Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'd able to comfortably get so much more reading done.

Thanks, but does anyone have any first-hand experience w/ a pdf viewer that loads large pdf's quickly AND supports bookmarks & outlines? PocketXpdf's too slow, and Adobe Reader v2.5LE doesn't support outlines.
