HTC wiza200 problems. pls give solutions

i have a HTC wiza200. it hanged up so i detached the battery so i can restart. but when i turned it on it stuck up on the bootscreen.. until now i dont know what to do.. do you have any solutions to this?

hi push left and right upper button (same time) and reset with your stylus than you see in your screen format your system push the call button.. and your wiza200 will reset to default
