uma manager for touch diamond

hi, i know there is a uma manager built in to the htc touch 3g, i was wondering if this software was available as a .cab file for my htc touch diamond? (my signal is shocking at home)
i have posted on other forums n no one seems able to advise me either way, so heres hoping! :)
