Qtek S200 problem! Help!

I have a big problem with my Qtek S200!
The screen suddenly freezes and sometimes slowly becomes white.
Hard reset and flashing the phone did not help.

Please Help (In non technical language)!

1. is your battery fully charged..
2. did you drop the phone really hard..
3. did it got accidentally wet before
4. flashed but done wrongly


ask this questions yet if none... repost it back lets find a solution.:rolleyes:
