SO FRUSTRATED, Help updating PLEASE

Well I'm trying to upgrade to the energy rom and everytime the step comes up to press continue for the jump spl, it doesnt seem to work and just goes back to the home screen.. I tried continuing and just trying to install the update but the phone restarts after 3% everytime... PLEASE HELP!
