My IGO 8 is not detecting TMC

I tried to do what is written here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=3741838&postcount=1

but no connect

Me neither. But I have to say, I only installed the cab. Tried to fill in the system.ini as stated. Maybe there has some more dll copying to the windows dir to be done or so..
