UnderClocking Wizard

i have a question
i wanna UnderClock my Cingular 8125 to make my battery last longer but what are the EFFECTS of me doing so?

ALSO what PROGRAM can i use to underclock my wizard?

i dont know if u need this information but
the details of my wizard using TCPMP is

OS Verision 5.02
OEM Info WIZA110
Processor ARM 926E
Clock Speed 168 Mhz

ok im using batterystatus now i need to know wa are the best settings to help the battery?
