New Memory Card (How 2 Transfer)

Hey all, I got a new memory card and want to know what is the best/safest way to backup my old one, it has installed apps and all, so how to backup then copy to the new card?

I was temptd to just copy/paste all files to PC then copy back, but wantd to make sureall apps etc will still work?

As long as you keep exactly the same directory structure and don't hard-reset your phone it will work. I did this a couple weeks ago when I got a new microSD card.
