Since I have rooted it and added a new ROM and Theme I of course had to redo my Yahoo email with the stock Google provided email client. Before it worked flawlessly but now am having issues. It will not sync all the folders I have on the account and for some reason as soon as it is sent to my phone, it will show as being "read" in my regular Yahoo.com when I get to my home computer.
Before both the phone and the Yahoo.com on my home computer acted perfectly together meaning when I would read a message it would show as "read" in both clients and when I wouldnt read it, it would show as "unread" in both.
What do I have to do to correct this?

Yea wrong section but you can try these steps and see if this makes a difference.

1. open up email
2. tap next
3. enter email address and password
4. hit manual setup
5. tap ok when the free yahoo! mail accounts only work over t-mobile wireless networks. yahoo! mail plus users should configure POP settings manually. message appears.
6. tap IMAP account.
7. from incoming server settings, set the following.
8. IMAP Server Field: imap.mail.yahoo.com
9. port: 143 (by default)
10. security type: TLS (if available)
11. scroll down and select next.
12. The device searches for incoming server info
13. from outgoing server settings, set the following
14. SMTP server field: smtp.mobile.mail.yahoo.com
15. port: 25
