Kaiser slow beyond any use

I was playing around with the different applications on my kaiser and I think I activated one that didnt respond well to the OS or something and now every time i boot the phone, it crawls at painful speeds... I'm talking, clicking on the screen takes few minutes to get any reaction out of the phone. using it is out of the question.
I tried opening the task manager but that never opens up in full, just shows the program running in the taskbar.

Any ideas? I've done a search with nothing reasonable or similar to my situation.

Firstly, it would help to know which app you tried to open. The best thing is to do a soft reset. That should sort it out.

I think he meant hard reset... :)

Thought I could solve the issue w/o a hard reset but that worked... now back to setting everything up again :)
