[6.5] Changing ringer profile?

I'm using DaG's Clean Fuze 6.5 ROM and am a little befuddled on how to switch profiles other than the default long press of the end key. What if I want to choose silent? Is there any other way to switch profiles on the device/in the OS?

I realize I've put this in the wrong section, but no one knows? Is there at least an app that will pop up a menu or window or something and let me choose the profile I want?

My main reason for this is that, while in a call, holding down the end key doesn't switch from vibe to normal or vice versa. I'm not sure why, but I would like an alternative anyway.
