Replace WinMo 'Lock'

Hello

I am using an HTC Touch Diamond, but I connect to an exchange server to get my mail - which eforces the infuriating pofectic 'lock' facility of the phone..

I have tried all sorts to get rid of it, is there anyway I can replace it with anything else?

It's preventing me from using an application actually worth installing on my phone.

Yes it's working really well for me..

I get a notification each time the exchange server tries to implement the rules, which I could do without.. But it's a small price to pay really!
